Everyone needs to download and practice the game Wolfenstein: ET. It's a very, very good game; it's got 6 maps in all. I strongly recommend you all create your own game; go to allies become an engineer and learn how to move through the map. This isn't like cs where you rush like a manic and shoot everyone; this requires a lot of awareness to what’s going on in the game. Please practice! It's going to be a better gaming experience if u guys know what to actually do!!!!! Best of all you can play online for free, so no one has an excuse that they couldn't play. Scoring is based on Map Awareness, not just by how many kills you can get. Peace.

Sup all. Guess what just came out? C&C Generals. And it's very lanable ^^. Also Battlefield 1942: The Road to Rome  also just came out, lemmy know if you need either one of the games. I'm pretty sure Generals will replace over Warcraft 3. And we won't have to deal with Battlefield updates now. Unreal 2 just came out as well, but i dont think thats gonna be lanable, I didn't even bother to check..shrugs. Anywho, um lan coming up soon, stay posted. Peace.

Ok, here’s a breakdown of our lan last Monday. First check the scores and lan pictures in the scores section. Here are some of the good things that happened during the lan: We got a lot of laning done, compared to the last lan. We had a good time. We really determined who are the real gamers versus the non-gamers.
Now the bad things: Ok, here we go. Most important thing was Miscommunication. A lot of the people that said they where coming didn't even have the nerve to call me and tell me they couldn't come. People came very late, or came back at a later time then they claimed. We had serious server problems. We where not prepared whats so ever. Everything was last minute. Too many computer problems. You people need to get your shit together before the lan. I've said this a million times! No one updated BF, besides the fact that it was posted on the site for 3 weeks, with a VERY detailed explanation on how to install, update, and crack the game. Yet, no one took the effort. On top of that, some people didn’t even have the games. The WHOLE POINT of this lan was to make it 1 month after the previous lan, so people would still have the games, and we could start gaming faster. No one brought surge protectors. Their was a lot more games played then what your going see in the scores section also due to miscommunication on taking screen shots. POWER! I think we turned off the power to all computers at least 3 times. This was another reason for the huge delay; computers couldn't find each other anymore. Oh, and last but not least, was TOO MUCH freaking complaining. Seriously, I was personally getting pissed. Time and time again, I would warn everyone what we were doing, but yet people had no clue. You people need to grow up. I had a set schedule we where going to follow but, plans changed because of all the complaining. =\ Pure gay.
The reason I list ALL the bad things, is so we can learn from our mistakes. Every lan we do, we get better at it everytime. We become much more prepared, we become much more aware of what to expect, and learn to deal with it before hand. But, this lan's purpose was to do just that, but we failed to do so. In that respect the lan was a huge failure. But on the gaming aspect, we succeeded. YaY. Oh, and guess what! I also learned a valuable lessen from all this as well. No more non-gamers are going to be invited to our lans. = ) Thanks guys, stay posted for the next lan date. Peace.

Winter Lan 2k2!, well since everyone should have the games now, and have the time to practice them. We should have another lan as soon as possible. It's going to be on December 26th 2002. Thursday, the day after Christmas. So everyone get your days off, and stuff. We are going to buy a 24/32 port switch hub this time, because we were missinformed on the lan hub we used that was claimed to be a 40 port switch. If you guys have any suggestions for new games, let me know. Since everyone has everything ready to go. we should be ready to go by 10 or 11. More time to game, is our goal. Lemmy know if you guys have an issue with this date or an issue about the games. Thanks

Well guys, on the bright side of things, it was an ok lan. Not what we expected. But yet once again, some people where unprepared for the lan, and we finally got set up around 12. Which was ironically a record for us. lol. We did end up getting a lot of lanning done. But we could have been a little more organized then planed. We also had a couple problems, too many people file sharing. Which lagged the Lan. To many people leaving early, if you’re coming to the lan, you need to be dedicated to the lan and stay. Anyway, whatever, we're not forcing you to stay. YET =). Check out the Scores section for updates. I'm thinking about having a lan in December. The reason is because; everyone has all the games now. And can practice them. So by next lan, we should have more people, and everyone should already be ready to go. Stay posted. Bookmark this site.
